This is a good university for international students as Center for International Education provides extensive adjustment program like a week-long orientation, trips and the staff and faculty here are really helpful to the students here. Although it is a small college town, the city has basically all a person needs. What's more a UWEC student can get a free ride with their IDs in Eau Claire.

The University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire is another example of a medium-sized Midwestern public university that is able to provide a great education at a reasonable price. The modern era allows people to discover the world in a way that was previously available only to the privileged. If you don't want to pay an exorbitant amount for school and don't want to learn alone at the computer then consider universities like UW- Eau Claire prudent places to expand your mind.

I had a wonderful experience at UW-Eau Claire. I feel the education and career preparation I received was top-notch. My professors were extremely knowledgeable and approachable. In addition to academics- I had a great time studying abroad, enjoying the beautiful campus and making lifelong friendships.
