If you love automated systems, go to APUS!BrightComputer Science
If you love automated systems, go to APUS! You will never receive help from a faculty member, because they are too busy with the thousands of military students attending. They treat you as a number, and they place your financial aid and desire to get something out of college LAST! They don't care that you are paying a large amount of money for the school.

If you don't like taking proctored tests, this college is for you! There is never a proctored exam (as far as I have seen).

Some Professors are great, and some are absolutely horrible.
Don't ever expect one class to be at all similar to one you have already taken. For one class you will get a textbook from one source, then the next class you will download a pdf of the text, then the next you will need to create an account on some random textbook website and LOG-IN to that web site every single time you want to read the text book!!!! It's RIDICULOUS!!!!

And they cant even get back to your questions within 48 hours. If you call them, you will be on the line forever, and then FINALLY asked to leave a voicemail :|.

If you email them a question, it only takes a few days for them to get back to you, and they always send an email with identity validation questions. When you answer these, it takes them another 2 or three days to get back to you!!!!!!!!!!! It is simply unacceptable that this school is accredited.

I have been at AMU for about 6 years working towards my B.A. in Homeland Security. The coursework was relevant and I learned a lot from the school. If you took the time to actually learn and apply the material, AMU was an extremely good online college.
