Central Wyoming College's Financial Aid takes it to a personal level, and I believe that some students are singled out because of this. The financial aid staff gives the impression that we as students are taking loans out of their personal income. I have never, in the 6 years I've been in school, had a financial aid desk attendant treat me as rude as the financial aid staff at the Central Wyoming College
