“The book "Topology and its Applications" costs $4,439.74 to stay on the shelves of Cunningham Memorial Library. During the 2007-2008 school year, that book was used once, said Alberta Comer, associate dean and librarian.
Indiana State is in the midst of making vast decisions for the university's new budget.”

Then, Anti Virus 2009 appeared on her screen. She was prompted to download the application to remove an alleged virus on her computer.”

Government looks to hire students to help with 2010 census

“Representatives of the U.S. Census Bureau are testing applicants for part-time and full-time positions on campus in advance of 2010's census.
Testing is being conducted in the Disney Classroom (Room 235) of the Student Services Building, said Kurt Waggoner, director of the ISU Career Center.”

The Director of Freshmen and Investigative Affairs, sophomore marketing major Alex Burton said Freshmen Council is a group of freshmen who will work as a team to learn more about student government.”

First-year students live on sixth floor of Pickerl Hall

“Ben Stephan, a management information systems major, is a freshman.
He is not living in a freshman residence hall; he's living in Pickerl Hall, a residence hall for students who are 21 years old or who have 56 credit hours.
Mary Ellen Linn, the director for Residential Life, said that due to late applications, 38 freshmen male students were moved to the sixth floor of Pickerl.”

“Indiana State University spent the month of March courting students at Vincennes University and Ivy Tech branches in Terre Haute, Bloomington and Lafayette.According to the Web site for ISU's DegreeLink program, students at Ivy Tech and Vincennes are given the option of dual admission tracks as well as streamlined transfer credit options to ensure a smooth transition from their current program into a degree program offered by ISU.”
