 Football hosts golf outing in July

ICS teams gear up for six months of service abroad

Volleyball releases Fall 2011 schedule

The Bearcats will play 33 games this season and will attend four different tournaments throughout the season.”

Al-Qaida to 'continue on the path of jihad'
by The OmnibusJan 01, 2013“Osama bin Laden's death will not end terror in the world. SITE Intelligence Group, which monitors Islamist Web sites, said al- Qaida released a statement Friday, May 6 confirming the death of its leader, Osama bin Laden.
The statement also encouraged Pakistanis to "rise up and revolt" and included threats to take action against the United States, according to CNN.”
Track and Field excels at Conference
by The OmnibusJan 01, 2013“The Southwest Baptist University Bearcats finished the 2011 MIAA Championships Sunday afternoon in Emporia and came away with some spectacular finishes.
The women's 4x100 and 4x400 relay's took second place in the meet, earning all-conference honors, and on the men's side sophomore Phillip Miller took second in the 3,000 meter steeplechase, earning all-conference honors.”
 Men's and women's tennis earns many awards

After a conference championship, the women swept the MIAA awards and claimed nine All-MIAA selections. The men, who finished second at Conference, earned eight All-MIAA selections.”
Josie Rose captures honors in softball
