Curious to know how strong the class will be, I asked Randall Sawyer to share the details behind the hype. As it turns out, we are well on our way to break the all time record for number of applications to the Johnson School (3,054)! Here are some of the stats on our future classmates (as of January 28th):
Number of Applications: 2,561 (up 30% from this time last year)
Of those offered admission, the average GMAT is 703
Of those accepting admission, the average GMAT is 695
64% of applicants are international (from more than 70 countries, with India leading the way with nearly 700 applications)
Of those accepting admission, 37% are international
Of those accepting admission, 26% are female
