This college absolutely sucks. If you know what is best for you, stay away from this college. You will learn nothing here, honestly. The Bible courses do not delve into the scholarly literature. Most of the "studying" is focused on personal application and wishy-washy feelings that have no academic content.

With the exception of Dr. Grigsby and Dr. Gravrock, most of the professors are stupid--especially, Lowell Stime, the academic dean. Stime teaches most of the Bible courses; however, he doesn't have a PhD, only a M.Div, and his undergraduate education was in science. This lack of education shows in his lectures.

The college has a penchant for hiring untalented graduate students who recently get their M. Phil's. These will constitute a lot of the adjunct faculty. At one point, the college had an English professor teaching a psychology course!

Also, the college is located on a hill in the middle of nowhere with a city population of 15,000. And if you don't have a car, the bus only runs once a monring out to Seattle and once in the evening back to Issaquah.

The college also does not provide a Health/Dental/Vision insurance plan for students. You are expected to get your own plan!
