    Cal Arts is an amazing school, but I would not recommend it straight after high school. Thankfully I went there for my MFA. With so much available to you, it's sometimes easy to get lost. Ideally I would have loved to have studied there with a bit more life experience. The school demands a LOT of focus, and you will only get in what you put in. So if your not self disciplined, I would not recommend this school because there are far too many distractions and lack of structure. However, if you have a passion for your craft and ambition, this is the ideal place to explore and experiment. The faculty is the best, as they are all leaders in their fields.
