Have all your paperwork ready as well as your GED or transcripts. If not available, you can get your GED at the college. Also, be sure to visit the career advisement center if you are unsure about your major. Some programs can be very competitive to get into, and can require a year of prerequisite studies or very high test scores to even qualify. The standards for getting into some programs are higher than one might expect for a community college.
