I applied online in the fall, which I would definitely recommend because there are other scholarship programs at Berry that have separate applications, like The Bonner Scholars Program, Leadership Fellows, The WinShape College Program, and the Gate of Opportunity scholarships. I would suggest giving yourself as much time as possible to get everything turned in. Berry seems really willing to work with people about scholarships and financial aid, as long as you stay on top of things.
I play an unusual instrument and I did sports in high school. I think my essay may have been strong. Because Berry is trying to improve their standing, they are looking more at SAT scores.
The only reason I applied here was because the application was free online. If you're not a dope, you'll get it; they recently lowered their academic standards again.
