I volunteered, took honors/AP courses/dual credit courses, and tookJul 08 2015Unknown
I volunteered, took honors/AP courses/dual credit courses, and took care of every document as it came to me. I didn't waste time, I did everything in a timely manner, though some things were out of my control. I believe the acceptance rate is decent at 62% higher than SIUC and lower than SIUE, for the school's location/status/enrollment overall the acceptance rate is very believable and understandable. The school wants decent students, those with work ethic and a wish/want for furtherment of themselves. I was accepted without issue, my ACT score was a bit low in my eyes for I know I could've done better (I didn't even study tbh), it stood at a 22, and my GPA for the better of two years had been based on honors/AP and stood anywhere from 3.6-4.6 with my final grades having been A's, and a single C (Math-Trig), which left my cumulative GPA at decent digits.I believe even if you may have slacked off you could probably still get into Blackburn, if you still have time to pull up grades a bit and add extra curriculars. I was in four clubs and two language classes (having gone to a larger school).

This university is really, REALLY easy to get intoNov 17 2014Design Arts - Industrial Design/Graphic Design/etc
This university is really, REALLY easy to get into at the moment because it's pretty run down. A lot of people transfer out every year so this school tries to accept as much as possible.

However, when filling out the commons app I added full effort into the essay portion which got me accepted to almost all schools I applied to.

Blackburn is really easy to get into. They work really hard to help you get in, but after that you are on your own and have to figure the rest out.
