Nursing
Admissions to the allied health science programs is very competitive, and there is a waiting list about a year long for programs like Nursing. It helps if you come into the college with strong math and English skills and good SAT scores, otherwise you will spend a lot of time doing remedial coursework, and they won't let you do some of your core classes until you've completed all the remedial courses.
Nursing
As long as you have a high school diploma or GED, getting in is relatively easy. The Nursing program on the other hand is very stringent, and I would recommend anyone thinking of applying to BCC with a major in Nursing to take the SAT's or ACT's, and graduate with at least a 2.5 G.P.A.

The college is not that hard to get into, and the classes are just right. Not too hard, not too easy.
