BGSU has a high acceptance rate, so just try your best to have an average-excellent gpa/act/sat. Also, try to be involved in extracurricular activities in high school... that never hurts.

FINE ART STUDENTS ONLY: accumulate a portfolio, keep your best artwork from high school, keep a sketchbook of some kind and have conceptual ideas behind your artwork.
Keep all your projects from your foundation studios that you'll do your freshmen/sophomore year in college, those will help you pass the portfolio review.

Getting in is pretty easy. However, I would HIGHLY recommend taking AP courses in high school, as they are likely to reward you for it.

If you have a reasonable high school GPA (above a 2.0) and have at least taken the ACT (regardless of what you received) you will most likely get in. Keep in mind that some of the majors (such as nursing) are competitive so if you decide to go there, make sure you keep your grades up so you may have the most options.

Being admitted to Bowling Green State University was not difficult at all. I feel like raising the standards to acceptance to Bowling Green would improve overall morale. There are things like the school colors and building appearances (inside and outside) that could be upgraded to make students more proud of their university.
