You just have to make decent scores and pay to get in. Their admission to the music major use to be difficult but it is more lax now because several distingished faculty have left.
I was a bright student who studied very little and wasn't worried about getting A's. Assuming you want to go to Converse, aim for scholarships by being active in high school organizations.
