I went down to the school, took a placement test, filled out the FAFSA form and was off and running. To stay in, I had to keep a GPA of 2.0 or better to keep my aid, which isn't very hard
Took COMPASS test (mandatory) to determine if I needed additional development classes in reading, writing and math prior to taking actual college courses.
