I sat in admissions and filled out one sheet paper. Not terribly hard to get in here, the challenge is staying in.

Overall, CSU East Bay prepares students for the real world challenge. But you definitely need to avoid the bad apples. Just use reviewum to weed them out. Always take professors who get positive reviews from students. CSUEB has quarter system. So it is possible to graduate on time. However, don?t take more than 3 classes each quarter. Otherwise, you will be in stress and end up getting horrible grades. It is not fun to sit 2 hours in the class. Exams come quite quicker in this school. So start studying as soon as the quarter begins. Professors hardly change the dates of exams. Try to start working on group projects early. They involve a lot of work. Many of them need a research paper of 20 pages and PowerPoint presentation. Many professors also evaluate how you have worked in the group for the final grade. So be an active group member.

I didn't do much. I kept my grades up through out high school. I was active in programs and clubs. Honestly this school was very easy to get into for just about anyone the only reason it's getting more difficult is because the education budget in California is to low and so tuition is raising and scholarship/grants or decreasing. So if you really want to go to here get good grades and be active in programs. The better you look, the better you sell yourself.
