Accounting
The reason I came to Cheyney was because I was offered a full scholarship through the Keystone Honors Academy. Along with the scholarship I received a laptop. In order to receive these items I had to be a Pennsylvania resident, maintain a 3.0, and received a 1000 or better on the SATs. So I recommend maintaining good grades and taking the SATs over and over until you receive the highest score you think is attainable.
Biology
All I did to get in was apply. My advice is if it seems too easy to get in something is up.
Education
I maintained a 3.0 GPA and spoke with an old Cheyney staff member, who spoke to the keystone Honors academy president, who then offered me a scholarship.
Education
Well I actually chose Cheyney. Being as though I maintained a high grade point average through all four years of high school, attended college classes while in high school, and did okay on my SAT's I got into just about every school that I applied for. But I would recommend that if any student would like to get into the college of his/her chose keep your grades or get them up while you still can. Take the SAT's all three times if you have to, to get the highest score that you possibe can. You should take the first one at the end of your eleventh grade year. Your second and third your twelveth grade year. With high SAT scores(1000+) you may be able to get into any school of your chose. Fill out all scholarships, grants, and finacial aid papers, they all help you in one way or another.

I was a transfer student and was a member of what they called, "the elite Keystone Academy." If a student wnated to attend Cheyney and they asked me for my opinion, I would let them know that it is a party school and do NOT attend if you expect to learn something or if you are really serious about getting a good education.

I just filled out the appplication. I recommend you take the college tour and speak to as much people as possible to get the different views people have about this school
