Interview! Even if it doesn't help you get in or get money its worth it because it helps you realize that (in my case) this was where you want to be. They really read your essay they love it when you send extra things (for example I sing, but I wasn't going for voice. I sent in a CD though to show them another part of my life that wasn't expressed in my essay)!
