Getting into the university is a walk in the park. The standards are not exactly the most stringent. No need essay or outstanding SAT scores. This does not mean the school is a joke though. Getting into the school is not difficult, but excelling, and being in the top 5% of the graduating class will prove to be a challenge, nonetheless.
