Anybody with a Washington State Community College "Direct Transfer Agreement Associates Degree" and a GPA over 2.0 can get in. And that's just about anybody that wants to.
It's way cheaper that way!
Although you do miss out on the campus living experience that way.

My high school GPA allowed me automatic entry into Central. It is relatively easy to get accepted into the University.

Do not apply here unless you enjoy being treated as an ATM for a school that is giving their president a $500,000 bonus while going up on tuition 14%, two years in a row.
