I applied about a year in advance, and financial need and academic achievement definitely factored into my acceptance. Any prospective students should apply ASAP since admission tends to fill up fast. If you enter in the spring semester instead of the fall, that's ok too cuz there's quite a few new students at that time (although not as many as in the fall).

To get in to College of the Ozarks, you must fill out the FAFSA form and have your parents taxes to show a monetary need for attending the school. Then you can apply and they will give you an interview to see if you are the type of person that the school is looking for, because they are basically paying for you tuition. Then you wait to see if you are accepted to the shcool.
