I got in like everyone else, my grades were OK, not great but not terribly bad either. I had thought I might have trouble getting in but I think my tuition $$$ was all they really wanted. I, like others on here, suggest looking elsewhere. This place is not worth it at any cost.

I think they let most applicants in because they want the tuition. I would highly suggest NOT going here. Find a school that actually cares about their students well-being as Daemen definitely don't!!!
They basically make it seem like they care aboutMar 30 2017Physical Therapy/Exercise Science
They basically make it seem like they care about who they accept and who they don't but from my observations, they'll take just about anyone as long as they can get a hold of your money and grant funding. I have seen first hand that numerous students are accepted into Daemen's programs without even having the basic knowledge needed to succeed. It's all a cash grab....I unfortunately never read reviews prior to enrolling so I'm stuck here but my solid advice, DON'T make the same mistake....avoid this school like the plaque!!!!
They took anyone and gave people money just toNov 15 2015Nursing
they took anyone and gave people money just to come. That's how they sucker you in! Watch out for that. When you cant get a class, have a teacher that cant teach or administrators who wont listen it will be too late for you and you will have spent 9k-12k for nothing. They are worse than Bernie Madoff! Its a shell game with a dying university. They have to try to get out of towners to survive because the locals have wised up about Daemen

Getting in was a challengeApr 13 2015Other
Getting in was a challenge. Once I got accepted into the school, I had to go to an interview to be accepted into the PA program. My interview was with the Head of the PA department. I got in though! As long as I kept my math and science GPA above a 3.0, a seat was saved for me in the graduate level of the PA program.
