</a> | Forward me! | |
| Students who got into DRU say: | |
Tips mention:
Interview (4),
ACT/SAT (37),
Grades (12),
Sports (2),
Essay (13) | I have a 2.6 GPA at a competitive prep school all regular classes but a 1800/2400 on my SAT's. Lots of volunteer work, my sister went there, great essay, showed interest by interviews and calling, I'm captain of 2 sports at my high school, and I've worked at my dad's medical practice doing insurance billing for the past 2 years for a few hours a day after school. Also, if you feel like your borderline, apply to the school like the day before the deadline. I feel like early on if your borderline that they judge too quickly, but once they realize how many students aren't going to attend Drexel that were accepted, they loosen up a bit. Good luck and come here. don't be socially awkward and you'll be fine. Computer Science
| Oct 04 2010 | Getting in was easy, nothing extravagant. Just went in with a letter of recommendation and interviewed briefly. Communications
| Sep 07 2008 | I had an interview with an admissions counselor and *wonderful* advisor Brandon. Overall, be prepared with your resume and transcripts so they can assess your transfer credits and place you in the right program for your needs. Mechanical Engineering
| Oct 30 2002 | Get good grades. The interview is important to see that you are a well rounded human. |
