well since dillard really wants enrollment right now it not very hard.
Me an my cousin went to the hbcu fair in cali and showed up i had a 4.0 my couisin had a 2.2gpa and her SAT scores were horrible. and we both got accepted ? come on now if you want to get accepted apply.
