The essays are important for sure and then getting over 700 in every SAT. Be in the top 10% of your class and show interest about Duke. Having relatives here helps for sure. I know a lot of people whose parents or siblings came here. The most important thing! your application has to make sense! so be careful if you are going to add some "lies" around there.
