I worked hard in schoolMay 06 2012Business - Management and Administration
I worked hard in school. Chances are you will get in to Duquesne, they tend to accept most and thin out acceptances by giving out large academic scholarships to the best students. The theory is that if most people do not receive a large enough scholarship they cannot afford to go there, thus only the brightest can attend.

Keep up with your extracurricularsSep 02 2011Business - Management and Administration
Keep up with your extracurriculars. Nothing that a college loves more than a legitimate GPA and SAT score than a socially involved resume outside of the classroom. Sports, art, student government, Oh! And don't forget community service, Duquesne and many other qualified universities truly appreciate students that serve more than themselves.
SAT: 1810 Male
I had a lot of volunteering that got me in hereMar 24 2011PreMed and Medical
I had a lot of volunteering that got me in here. The school overall is not especially hard to get into but the medical programs are. Nursing, Physician Assistant, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, can all be difficult so keep your grades up. I blew off my high school grades but they really are super important. You can get through a few couple of months.
ACT: 26 Female
I worked hard at school and if you decideNov 22 2010PreLaw and Legal
I worked hard at school and if you decide you don't mind the people here, just get good grades and be active in school. Some kids here who have huge scholarships are the ones who can do many things and have gone places.
