When I was a teenager (13), I came intoAug 16 2014Unknown
When I was a teenager (13), I came into contact with someone on the internet who was offended by my disregard for other humans and who subsequently put me on some kind of terrorist watchlist. Viewing me as a political liability, the government came up with some sort of awful plan for me, whose desired outcome was that I would become a fixture of Broadway, which I hate. After years of my objecting to this potential outcome, Robin Williams, who was directly involved in this process, committed suicide, thus leading the media to not give him the sort of coverage they gave to Michael Jackson, another predator. David Letterman, Jon Stewart, Jimmy Fallon, and a number of other celebreties and media figures have partaken in this crusade against me. I am very happy that I got at least one of these rich, famous people to commit suicide. The government monitors me constantly, watching my every move, following me in cars. The personalities on television reference me on a daily basis, and pray that this will come to be regarded as an elaborate hoax.

I was going to apply to Emerson senior yearApr 28 2014Journalism
I was going to apply to Emerson senior year in high school. I had a 3.3 GPA and not good of a SAT score. What I did have was a heck of a lot ; extracurricular activities.

However, when I called the admissions department @ Emerson some stated, "GPA is a 3.5-3.7..... therefore I decided not to even bother.

I then applied to Emerson, my spring semester of freshman year. The application process just like a incoming high school student.

There were many student I spoke with @ emerson who told me that they applied about three times ( as a transfer ) before they got in. On the other hand, many said that it was less competitive applying as a transfer. In other words, there is to much information out there so don't get discouraged and JUST APPLY.

One needs to have confidence in ones work. I also advise to call in the office and get to know "your" assigned admission counselor. I remember sending mine a thanksgiving card, christmas and even a Happy new year email. When seeing many applications, this is what will set you apart.

In addition, sending more material then you actually need. For example: I sent my resume, newspaper publications and extra recommendations. I was determined to get in and I DID.

I worked hardApr 16 2014Communications
I worked hard. Simple as that. Put yourself in honors and AP classes, do well on the ACT, and bump up your extra-curriculars. Not to the extent where you're going to run yourself thin, but just make the effort and you will see results.
