I signed up to get my degree online with ECPI for business administration. They called me like 6 times a day at my WORK telling me they need papers signed and etc. I would fax them get a confirmation they would say they didnt get it. I would do that over and over for weeks. Plus email things to them and send by postal mail they kept saying they got none of it even though i have the emails showing sent, the confirmation from the faxes. Then they tell me to start my classes so i go thru a whole semester and then i get an email stating that i am dropped from the school because they never got the fincial aid paper work. I called them back ask them to explain why i had been droppoed even though i have copies of everything they advised me that they never got any of it. So to prove my point to them I emailed them the emails i sent to them as well as the confirmation pages. They said that there was nothing they could do now that it was too late. I am a mother of 4, with a full time job I didnt need this kind of incompency from a school who from the the beginning kept getting it all wrong. Lessoned learned and I would advise anyone to STAY AWAY FROM ECPI. They only care about ripping you off.
