Business - Management and Administration
Honestly, I did really well at my community college, so when I transferred they immediately accepted me. I think its a bit more difficult to get in right out of high school.
Computer Science
Just had to apply. The state will was paying the tuition for everyone i met to attend this school including myself. FAU ESPESSIALLY likes upper division out of state students. International are even better since that is the hightest tuition. They will tell you anything you want to hear to get you here too. If you said, "I have a full scholarship to MIT and a I've also been accepted at FAU." FAU would try to rob you of an MIT education.
Computer Science
You don't have to do much to get in to this university. If you have a high school diploma and you're not in prison you're pretty much guaranteed to be accepted.
Education
To get into the university, I would advise for students to have pretty good test scores and a better G.PA (at least a 3.0 and above if your test scores are average).
English
I got average to above average grades. I suggest the student who wishes to attend this university take her last year in high school seriously and write a gut-wrenching essay for admittance.
| Nursing
Took prereq's at other schools. Pre-req's at community colleges were easier.
PreMed and Medical
Everybody gets in.
I've never heard of anyone not getting in. However, since the admission standards are so low, the dropout rates are high, so FAU has enacted a proposal to up their standards. Soon, it may become a more difficult school to get into (I've heard you'll need a 3.2 and a 1200 to get in by 2007, but I highly doubt it)
Psychology
I don't think its very tough to get into FAU, even the honors college. If you have good grades and decent SAT scores, you should be fine.
Psychology
I had good SAT scores and a good HS GPA.
