Essay (2) | Agriculture/Horticulture | Jul 15 2011 | For one I made sure that I had the grades to get in as well as the test scores. (Which I knew I had, graduating from the #1 high-scool in Georgia.) One thing though, that all students should take advantage of are college fairs. My town has an annual college night every fall, where over 100 colleges come and provide information to students. This is also a time where you can apply for free, become instantly accepted if you have the proper materials (such as transcripts, testing scores, and a resume.) As well as there are even times when you can exempt essays in college applications. After applying if you don't recieve a letter after a few weeks, call admissions and ask them the status, they may be waiting on additional information. If you are not accepted, call admissions and find out what your options are. All in all STAY in contact with the faculty. As long as you do everything on time you should be fine. Don't be afraid to call the school and ask for information, half the time they don't tell you what to do anyway. filled out an application....a seven year old can get in Political Science
| Jun 11 2010 | I applied before the deadline, and then when I was accepted, I was forced to sign up for my classes late because apparently the application deadline is not early enough for the school to actually sign me up for classes for the following semester. Basically, anyone who applies and has a pulse could get into this school. |
