Don't commit a crime, and get a 2+ gpa in high school. Not too hard to get in. But if you want to get financial aid, aim for the HOPE scholarship (3.0+ gpa). Do well at GPC (pick the right teachers and work hard) and you can easily get a 4.0 gpa and go to a great 4 year school.

I had to jump through hoops of fire only to be told that was just the preliminary round of acrobatics! Be patient because the financial aid department will test your virtue!

Nothing all you need is a 2.0 out of high school, I had something come up after my graduation so I couldn't go on to the other universities i was accepted to and choosing to going to GPC was one of the worst decisions i have ever made.

I would recommended taking 12 credit hours before you attempt more. Take advantage of the online courses. And don't let anyone stand in the way of your sucess.
