I simply applied the requirements for admittance are simple. I took high level course in high school trying to prep myself as much as possible. Best of luck if you choose to go.
Don't disregard GV, there are 24,000 undergrads and the freshmen class gets larger and larger every year. The academics are challenging if you're majoring in a legitimate degree and you can and will get a college experience here if you choose to.
I had a 3.8 GPA through high school and did decently on the SAT/ACT and every AP test I took. I graduated high school a year early, and wrote all about that for my essays. I tried to make myself stand out as much as possible, and I ended up getting a decent scholarship.
If you want the easy material spoon fed to you choose business. If you want difficult material that your learn on your own then stay with EE. Those who complain that the professor dont explain things or show your step by step how to do things are just not cut out for engineering. Learn to teaching yourself, ask questions, dont give up. In your career you will NEED to know how to teach yourself new skills.
