Along with your academic record, your personal statement is the most important factor considered by the admissions office. Submitting your SAT score is completely optional and whether you choose to submit your score or not will have absolutely no bearing on your chances of getting in. However, if you scored well by all means please submit your score.

Per extracurriculars, substance trumps quantity. You would look better devoting yourself to two or three activities where you held leadership positions, spent alot of time every week, won awards, etc. than joining a dozen clubs just so you could put something in your resume.
