Open admissions however, if you do not test at college level you will be in "college prep" courses in whichever subjects you need improvement to be considered "college ready"... don't give up even though these classes can be demanding/lots of work, it will be worth it when you have that diploma! If you aren't learning in your prep course take it with a different instructor! There are excellent ones.

HCC has the worst atmosphere ever, they try to charge me out of state fees and collected the money thru my loans. It is difficult to get in touch with anyone they are rude and pathetic!
