Um, i really didn't do too much. Drama majors can audition for scholarships. I highly recommend applying to the honors college if they are eligible. they offer great scholarships and a lot of benefits.
I applied. I used an essay I wrote for Princeton, and letters of recomendation I got from teachers. They are not highly selective and the chances are good of recieving a scholarship
I got in because I enlisted for Accounting and Hofstra is known for Accounting because companies come to Hofstra with paid internships and such to look for those who would like to do their payables and receivables.
community service and just get good grades and take challenging courses to show you will work when you get there. Its an expensive school so you need to get that scholarship if your not rich like me.
If you do your work you will do fine. Hofstra is not an easy school. If you want to party and do no work and have no value to your degree do NOT come here you are better off going to an EASIER and LESS CHALLENGING school like St. Johns or Stony Brook or even Adelphi
