Among the usual application procedures, I found that the interview was essentail.

Interview and visit campus. The colleges are big on service learning, before you interview surf the website and read the "daily update" for conversation topics as well as search CSL the Center for Service Learning.

I was probably on the low academic end of students getting in. Perhaps they liked my essay or my interview. It was a place of great academic growth for me. Be yourself. Pat scrupulous attention to any written materials that you submit (it was very much a "letters" kind of place). Tell them what inspires you, not what you think should inspire you.
