Pretty easy to get inSep 23 2016Political Science
Pretty easy to get in. When I attended, both my ACT score and my class rank were enough to get me in independent of each other. They clearly state their admissions requirements, so no surprise when applying.

ISU is was not very competitive for admission. If you are in the upper 1/2 of your HS graduating class and score an 18 on your ACT, you are basically assured of admission.

I got a 21 on the ACT and had a 3.0 GPA. Didn't really need anything else. I believe my roommate had a lower GPA and still got in.

Do your best on the ACT, write an honestSep 05 2013Music - Performance
Do your best on the ACT, write an honest essay, and take interesting classes in high school. Most people can get into ISU no problem. As far as getting into the music school goes, it is too easy. You don't even have to try anymore. You could probably skip your audition and still become a music major. Do yourself a favor and just shun the music school.
