I graduated with a fairly high GPA from high school and had decent ISTEP scores. I also had contributing in extracurriculurs during high school. I recommend being involved in the community, paying close attention to grades, and not slacking during the senior year. Senior year is just as important, if not more important, than the other years of high school and IUPUI likes to see that students don't slack off and lose their eligibility to attend the university.
I had good grades and I was a transfer student. Keep up your grades in high school or college and admission shouldn't be a problem. As an IU school admission standards are strict, but not impossible.
