If you don't get involved in something on campus,May 16 2020Business - Management and Administration
If you don't get involved in something on campus, you will be miserable here. So go join a group on campus. Lots of aid available, so it's a good value. It's not UA or Auburn or UGA but that's a good thing. The band and football games are fun. Greek life is good for a school this size, but no sorority houses (stupid law about brothels). The people are what make this place great.

Make sure you ask current students, and take a close look at the facilities for your major to see if you will be happy there, or should you just go to a larger university.

Get involved in something or you will be miserable here. There's not much to do on weekends so lots leave campus and go home or wherever. But football weekends are fun and I got involved in Greek Life. It's worth it.

Do your research- talk to friends that have older siblings at other schools, especially large universities. Take a private tour, not preview day. Randomly stop students on campus and get their honest opinions. They will be happy to speak to you just on the fly unless they're late to class. People here really are living up to the motto of the friendliest campus in the south.
