i applied, and that's about it. they send applications like they're nothing so once you apply expect mail from them constantly until you arrive on campus. i'd reccomend you take a tour or two, force them to let you see a room and try to get to see a bathroom before it's been cleaned, so you know what you're going to be going through every day. try to see the campus before they pretty it up for an open house, just so you can see how they treat us when the eyes of prospective students aren't on us. oh and have experience in Culinary Arts and be that kind of person before you venture into this place, you need to be able to smoke cigarettes and have that competitive attitude to survive here. good luck.
