Pretty much anyone can get in, but they're more selective on who gets freshman scholarships such as the initial portfolio review one. Any ACT is fine, and a portfolio that makes it look like you at least TRIED is all that's needed.

Make sure you have a very solid portfolio that shows your versatility as an artists, but also shows that you are competent in the area of art and design you are applying for. Talk to the teachers and students to get an good idea about what the class-life is all about. Take a tour if possible to get a better understanding of what the school has to offer interms of facilities and instruction.
