Applying to Loyola I knew it was my number one choice but I lacked the academics for acceptance. I had a 2.8 gpa and 1130 SAT. Contact a sports coach, they can help. Most sports other than lacrosse and basketball lack scholarship money and national recruiting.
Loyola is getting much, much harder to get into. Everything about Loyola is growing, from the size of the school (class of 2011 is approx 1000 students, the most ever, and the class of 2012 is supposed to be approx 1200 students) to the average SAT scores, to the size of the campus itself.
