A 3.5 should get you in for sure, and a 1200/2400 should also get you in assuming you have the grades. However, if you don't have that be sure to back it up with great essays, extracurricular activities, and recommendations.

All I did was fill out my application and write an essay. I don't even think there are essay topics.. I think that you can either write about yourself or submit a essay that you wrote in high school that has been graded. I sent in a paper I did for my senior english class about what I wanted to do after I graduated and how I was going to accomplish my goals. I got accepted. I think it also helps if you get REALLY good grades and are in the top 10% of your graduating class... mostly everyone here is REALLY smart and got excellent grades in high school. If you have any questions email me!! Good luck in getting accepted!

I personally didn't find it too difficult to get into Lynchburg. Try to get a 3.0 GPA and 1000 SAT and you'll get pretty good scholarships. For the application get 1 decent recommendation and I think the essay is optional. I opted not to write it, but in most cases I would recommend it.

I didn't really find it too difficult to get into Lynchburg. Use the online application. No fee, and *optional* essay, however they do strongly recommend the easy depending on your stats.
