I applied to this university. My GPA and SAT scores were high and I was easily able to get in. I received quite a few different scholarships, so about half of my schooling is paid for.

If you want to get into this school keep your GPA and SAT/ACT test scores as high as possible.
Glowing letters of recommendation, a lot of community/extracurricular activities highly valued, a check that clears.
My advice would be to keep a high GPA in high school and take the ACT/SAT a couple times. LETU does what's called 'super scoring' which means they take the highest subscores and combine them. For example; if you do really well on the math section the first time you take the test and then you take it again and you get a lower math score but you do better on the critical reading section, they will take the best math score and the best critical reading score.

This school is so desperate for athletes, that they are allowed in despite horrible sub par exam scores and GPAs. Be aware that none of the students actually attend an athletic event, so I do not know why this matters.
