I took as many honors and AP classes that there was to take. I got a 25 on my ACT and i did speech team for 2 years. I also was in AFJROTC for 4 years. I volunteered at the hospital.

Loyola is not difficult to get into. The only thing that is selective is the honors program.

Make sure that your writing sample is flawless basically, that's really a tip to carry throughout life. I showed an early on interest in Loyola and the undergraduate admissions office has been nothing but supportive. I suppose we don't all instantly know what we do, and if you're normal (unlike me) you don't already have the answers. Loyola is by far one of the most helpful universities that I have applied to and been accepted in.
