They offer quite a few different services like, programs for disabled, LATCH(a day program which helps students earn a hs diploma), SLAM(an evening program which helps people who have been away from school for a # of years) and so many more. So it's really best to contact them to help you. Also, fill out your FAFSA early so, hopefully, you can get financial aid. I found the earlier, the more money I got.

There is no application process, everyone can just walk in. Staff is very suspicious of being duped so there is no help for those of us with adult responsibilities outside of school. My requests for help were met with "we used to do that but it got abused". While several of my professors were experienced in their field and had a lot of knowledge to offer, they seemed universally jaded and discouraged as I quickly came to be.
