All i did was get decent grades, good SATs and have rich grandparents...the last one being most important.

I had very good grades and SAT scores but that's not needed. You do need good scores and grades and it would be helpful to get a scholarship to help with the high costs.

Make it known to the admissions advisor how badly you want to go, Marist is selective and wants only those top students who are committed to actually attending.
