If you are looking to get in to TMCFeb 02 2014Music - Performance
If you are looking to get in to TMC as a music major, do audition for the music scholarship. Even if it is not awarded to you, call and check on the status; they will move your file to the top of the waiting list!
Girls: Sweazy is the best all girls dorm!!!! Don't go to Hotchkiss!!!!
DO VISIT the school on a non visiting weekend and try to get a feel for the "real" environment.

The application process is comparable to other 4-yr colleges, except for the fact that you have to provide your testimony. If you are applying for academic scholarships, make sure you study and take the SATs early so you can re-take them if you need to.

Once you are accepted, enjoy your time there; it goes by faster than you would imagine. Know your tendencies (whether you generally isolate yourself and focus solely on grades or tend to spend all your time on a social life.) Try to balance your time. Grades are important, but one of the best parts about the college is the relationships you build.
