It was a pleasant experience UNTIL I got intoJul 01 2016Nursing
It was a pleasant experience UNTIL I got into the nursing program. And again, there were a few teachers who did their jobs and were advocates for the students....the others....well I swear their goal was to see how many students they could fail. I watched them destroy the lives of many extremely hard working students during my time there, who would have made OUTSTANDING nurses.
I got a low ACT score so I appliedJun 13 2014Finance
I got a low ACT score so I applied to McNeese because I just wanted to get accepted somewhere and of course I was accepted. Then I learned that this school was about as easy to get into as a pudding cup.
ACT: 21 Male
I was offered a full scholarship for Honors College,Jun 19 2013Journalism
I was offered a full scholarship for Honors College, so that kept me busy. However, there is much more to do, just as a student.

As a student, you can attend any of the Banners cultural events for free. There are plenty of clubs to join. Lambda Pi Eta is the Mass Communications (Journalism) club. There's an anime club. There's student council. There are clubs in each department, too. it is best to ask the people in that department if they know about them.
ACT: 26 Female

Just Apply! Somebody with 1200 out of 2400 in SAT got more than $3,000 scholarship per semester being an international student. Was not an athlete either!!! Another student who had failed in Math had TOPS scholarship!

It is relatively easy to get in just haveAug 08 2010Business - Management and Administration
It is relatively easy to get in just have a high B average and passing ACT and SAT scores. Staying in is harder as expected. McNeese is big on scholarships. Do things to stand above the crowd to get in and get the money. Be involved. Have the grades.
