I had decent GPA above 3.5 and good ACT score of 30. Also, I wrote a fine essay. I'd say you need to do well on either GPA or ACT. Marquettte is actually easy to get into than you think

I filled out the online application, which took all of about ten minutes to complete. I didn't write a new essay for my application, and used one from my senior English course.

Keep your gpa up around a 4.0, keep active in clubs and sports, dont worry too much about acts or sats too much just keep them above average, prepare i nice essay, stay in the top 10% to 15% of your class.

I would recommend that your ACT is above a 24, and right a very good essay. Make sure that you include things that separate yourself from others and other positive social impacts you hope to have or have had.
